A professional mechanical unit for spreading flanges RFM-9 for preventive and remedial maintenance on pipelines of a various diameter (a flange method of joint). The gap setting required for installation of the spreader is 6 mm only, and the maximum spreading width is 92 mm. The mechanism is equipped with step blocks that enable to reduce flange spreading time significantly. The unit can develop force of 98 kN, and the mechanical structure ensures soft performance.
