To connect polycarbonate sheets, there is a simple and inexpensive solution - a connecting one-piece profile, after installation it creates the appearance of a continuous coating (the joining of the panels is practically invisible). In one-piece profiles, the grooves correspond to the common thicknesses of polycarbonate panels - 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 16 mm. Basically, the profiles are used for the installation of small-sized canopies and vertical structures (office partitions, light boxes, billboards, etc.). When installing with profiles, additional fastening with self-tapping screws to the frame of polycarbonate panels with a pitch of about 30 cm is required, while it is advisable to use thermal washers, since the profiles themselves serve to join and protect the sheet of cellular polycarbonate from moisture penetration and dust and are not attached to supporting structures. All components are produced in colors similar to the colors of honeycomb polycarbonate sheets, which gives the structure a more aesthetic appearance.
