DEVICE AND PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION. The set consists of a stomach processing machine - which separates the stomach from the intestines, cuts the stomach and partially empties the stomach, stomach cleaning machines - which cleans the outer surface of fat, and the inner one from the contents of the washing screw, which carries out the final washing of the cut stomachs and their transportation to the cuticle remover machine, on which two operators remove the cuticles from the stomachs. The entrails removed from the carcasses along with the muscle stomachs are fed by a conveyor, a hydraulic drift or manually into the receiving hopper of the E-784 machine. The machine consists of a frame on which the working shafts are installed on three bearing supports, consisting of an initial section, helical gears and an end section. The working shafts are driven by a geared motor. In the initial section, a guide is installed above the shafts, and in the final section above the shafts, a limiter is installed, and under the shafts there is a supporting unit and a rotating disc knife, cantilevered on the electric motor shaft. The guide and stop are installed on the frame wall in prismatic guides, which allows them to be quickly set in the desired position or removed altogether. The electric motor is installed on a plate, which is installed in prismatic guides, which allows, using an adjusting screw, to move the electric motor and, consequently, the circular knife vertically for installation in an optimal position. Drives and working shafts are covered with covers. There is a tray at the exit of the machine to receive cut stomachs and feed them into the stomach cleaning machine. The middle bearing support is made on rubber plain bearings. This support is supplied with cold water to lubricate the bearings. Always open the water supply valve to the bearings before starting the machine. The same tap simultaneously opens the water supply to the guide and the cleaning unit. The stomach cleaning machine consists of a body, on the side of which there is a loading funnel, a shaft with fingers located on it is installed inside, the body is mounted on supports, which have the ability to adjust in height, a grate is installed inside the body, through the grooves of which the removed fat and stomach contents are discharged, the body is closed with a lid on which fingers and a pipeline for water supply are installed. The shaft is driven by a drive. The drainage of water with fat and stomach contents occurs through the pipe. The stomachs from the machine are fed through the casing chute into the washing auger. The auger consists of a casing, in which a screw shaft connected to a gear motor is installed in rolling bearings, supports, a pipe for water supply and an unloading chute that stomachs on the table of the cuticle removing machine. The cuticle removing machine consists of a frame on which a drive is installed, containing a gear motor and a chain transmission that transmits rotation to two pairs of spiral work rollers mounted in slide bearings of the supports . The machine table protects the machine drive at the same time. There is a funnel in the table through which the stomachs with the cuticle removed are fed to the giblets pumps or containers. A pipeline is installed in the supports for supplying water to the working rollers. The cleaned stomachs are fed into the container through a funnel. The set works as follows. The entrails taken from the carcasses, along with the muscle stomachs, are uniformly fed by a conveyor, a hydro-channel or manually into the receiving hopper of the stomach processing machine on the initial section of the working shafts. The rotating shafts push the intestines down, while the stomach remains above the shafts and moves along the helical line of the shaft to the gears under the guide, from which water is continuously supplied to the shafts and gears, the gears separate the intestines from the stomach with teeth (the intestines fall down into the receiving hopper of the system transportation of technical waste) and the stomach is transferred to the final section, where it is captured by the cavities formed by the shaft screws and fed to the rotating disc knife. At the same time, the stomach is bounded from the sides by the working shafts, from above by a limiter, and from below by a supporting unit. The cut stomach is pressed by the wheel by the incision site against the pipe of the support unit, into which water is continuously supplied, washed with water and ejected by the augers of the shafts onto the tray, from which it enters the stomach cleaning machine. Through the feeding funnel, the stomachs enter the body , where with the fingers on the shaft they are pulled through the fingers fixed on the lid, thus, fat and the remains of the contents of the stomachs are retained by the motionless fingers. The stomach cleansing machine is installed with a 20 mm inclination towards the discharge side, so the stomachs move along the grate to the discharge opening. The water supplied through the pipeline washes away the fat and contents from the fixed fingers and the walls of the grate, through the branch pipe it is discharged into the workshop sewer. From the discharge opening the stomachs enter the washing screw. The screw shaft moves stomachs up to the tray, while water is continuously fed into the tube, finally flushing the stomachs. The washed stomachs fall on the working table of the cuticle removal machine The operator takes the cut and washed stomach and applies the edge of the stomach with either side to one of the two pairs of work rollers. The rollers grip the cuticle with their teeth and pull it down, while the stomachs remain on top of the rollers, moving along the helix of the rollers. The removed cuticle is washed off the rollers with water into a tray with a funnel, and the cleaned stomachs are dumped by the operator into the funnel.
