Pskovelectrosvar CJSC is the largest Russian enterprise for the design and manufacture of automated machines, systems and robotic welding lines for contact butt, spot, seam, embossed, arc and other types of welding, components and spare parts for electric welding equipment. The main activities of the enterprise are:
- Design and manufacture of welding equipment for the organization of continuous rolling processes in metallurgy. To which equipment for butt and seam welding of steel sheet (width up to 2400 mm), hot blooms (t more than 1000 0С);
- Design and manufacture of welding equipment for the oil and gas industry. This section includes equipment for continuous melting welding of single pipes and pipe sections of main oil and gas pipelines into a single string in the field;
- design and manufacture of sets of equipment for equipping rail welding enterprises. This section includes suspension and stationary rail welding machines, a press for testing hot and cold dressing of welded joints of rails, universal grinding machines for roller conveyors, pulling conveyors, rail lash distributors, etc.
- other welding equipment. This section includes equipment for butt welding of boiler pipes, rods, rings, closed and complex sections, machines for spot, relief, seam welding, machines for reinforcing cages.
In addition, the plant produces welding transformers, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, block containers to accommodate any technological equipment.
