The development of a “sports” theme in the YooT PULSE assortment line stood out in a separate direction within the brand. The ideas of sports always went hand in hand with the production of outerwear for outdoor activities, while the development of sports topics in children's clothing received its own characteristics.

The classic solution for sportswear in recent years has been the use of innovative fabrics based on membranes and insulation with a modified structure of polyester fibers. However, the use of classic designs of sports jackets for children in the specifics of winter temperatures in Russian regions is not always possible.

The question remains: “What about sedentary children, whose parents also like sportswear?” Classic sportswear does not solve the problems of low temperatures during walks, since it is oriented towards significant heat generation by its owner during sports. It should provide climatic comfort, namely, have low weight and volume, facilitate the removal of excess moisture and heat outward and prevent the penetration of wind and moisture inside.

As a result of studying demand and previous sales experience, the idea arose to create children's jackets, sets and short coats, designed for long winter walks and able to protect the child from low temperatures, not only with constant movement, but also with moderate walking. Setting itself the task of creating such clothes, the company deliberately went to the changes of classic sports designs, introducing additional heaters that provide comfort at winter temperatures in almost all Russian regions.

The main qualitative change in the properties of the fabrics used was the use of breathable coatings - membranes that ensure the removal of heated moist air from under the jacket due to micropores, which in this case do not allow moisture to get inside.

Membrane manufacturing technologies are very different and make it possible to create truly unique fabrics that provide air permeability of up to 10,000 grams of air after 1 square meter in 24 hours and withstand a water column pressure of 10,000 millimeters. The only limitation with the widespread introduction of such fabrics is their price, which is especially critical for children's clothing, the service life of which, as a rule, is much shorter than that of an adult. The search for fabric manufacturers providing on the one hand acceptable membrane parameters on the other hand, at which the products will not become too expensive, is a constantly resolved task for the company.

Many products use printed fabrics to provide a bright, original look. Many prints for fabrics are developed by our designers. Developments are transferred to textile production for printing on high-tech fabrics in production. Such an approach to the creation of fabrics provides, on the one hand, unique properties of fabrics, primarily due to the use of membranes, on the other hand, the original design eliminates the repetition of products from the same fabrics by competitors, at least in the same season.

The creation of sports collections has prompted changes in the strategy for promoting the YooT brand in the market. The promotion complex is more inclined towards product marketing, when unique properties of products are put at the forefront, and the manufacturer is positioned as the creator of these unique products. The sales system itself has changed. The pre-screening and early presentation program has changed the pick-up system during the season.
