The factory dates back to the 40s when, by Decree of the Executive Committee of the Cheboksary City Council of Workers' Deputies No. 5 dated April 22, 1940, a fruit-growing plant of the People's Commissariat of Industry of the Chuvash Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic was organized.
In June 1941, the fruit-growing plant was renamed the Cheboksary City Food Processing Plant of the People's Commissariat of Industry of the Chuvash Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. The Cheboksary Integrated City Food Processing Plant was renamed the Cheboksary Soft Drinks Plant by the Decree of the Ministers of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 73 of 02/08/1974.
