UpakPro LLC is a large-scale production of packaging and POSM from cardboard, microcorrugated cardboard and corrugated cardboard, which has equipment for the full production cycle, which is duplicated in the main positions (corrugator, printing, die cutting, gluing).
The products of UpakPro printing house can be divided into 2 main groups:
1. Packaging and POSM from cardboard - boxes with full color printing, any finish, any design, POSM from cardboard - simple and complex.
2. Packaging and POSM from micro and corrugated cardboard, binding cardboard - corrugated packaging of any design with and without printing, boxes of lined MGK, large POSM.
UpakPro has a full production cycle. At your service:
- flattening of role cardboard and film,
- offset printing (2 printing machines of A1 format in 5 colors + varnish),
- UV varnishing,
- Die cutting
- Foil stamping,
Pasting the film into the “windows” on the automatic line,
- Gluing boxes on 1, 2, 3 points,
- Production of corrugated cardboard profile B and microcorrugated cardboard profile E (3 layers and 2 layers),
- Flexo printing in 1, 2, 3 colors.
- The kashirovanny line.
- Lamination.
We are focused on the operational production of large and medium runs of packaging, but do not refuse small ones.
