The trade and production company STOKROS has been producing chicory under the registered trademark RUSSKIY CHICORY since 2004 and is the only chicory producer in Russia that has a full production cycle from harvesting root crops to their complete multi-stage processing into finished packaged products that are delivered to store shelves all formats. Some of the products are produced in close cooperation with partners - manufacturing enterprises in the Yaroslavl and Moscow regions, areas of traditional cultivation and processing of chicory from the first half of the 19th century.
In fact, we began to develop and study chicory as a healthy and tasty product since 1997. Earlier than all, starting the study of chicory, now we are the market leader in chicory. We continue to conduct extensive research together with a number of industry-specific food research institutes, to develop and market all new types of chicory products, many of which occupy a leading position in the chicory market, as evidenced by the constantly growing consumer demand for products of the brand “RUSSIAN CHICORIUM” and the appearance of other manufacturers starting to produce products similar to ours.
