The opening of the factory took place in August 2018, the company specializes in the production of 100% cotton card ring spinning yarn from Ne 30/1 to Ne 40/1. Daily production of rough yarn is about 19 tons. The annual processing volume of cotton fiber is 9000 tons, the production of yarn is about 7 000 tons / year. All products are produced on the G-32 ring spinning equipment of one of the world's leading manufacturers - RIETER (Switzerland). Currently, the factory employs more than 700 professionals. OOO “SHEROBOD TEXTILE INVEST”:the opening of this young and promising factory was on a wonderful holiday on December 8, 2018. - Constitution Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which was a significant event for the Holding and residents of the southern region. The company is located in Sherabad district of Surkhandarya region, specializes in the production of environmentally friendly and high quality 100% cotton carded and combed yarn numbers from Ne 30/1 to Ne 40/1, as well as carded ring spinning and combed yarn numbers from Ne 30/1 to Ne 40/1. In this enterprise of the Holding it is planned to implement a large project consisting of several stages:yarn manufacturing, processing and dyeing of yarn, production of knitted fabrics and finished product. As the Management of the Holding does not change its principles and works only with leading equipment suppliers in the world, the modern ring spinning equipment of the G-32 brand from RIETER (Switzerland) was also installed at this factory.The company adheres to strict quality control of products, and also pays great attention to the manufacture of environmentally friendly products. Daily yarn production is 40 tons. The annual processing volume of cotton fiber is 18,000 tons, yarn production is about 15,000 tons / year. The second phase of the project is planned to be launched in the first quarter of 2020, as a result of which the enterprise will annually produce: • 5000 tons of dyed yarn; • 4,000 tons of harsh knitted fabric; • 2.5 million pcs. finished garments.
