Trading House "Syrobogatov" was founded in 1997 by Alexander and Elena Shadrins. Over the 19 years of development, a small family-owned company has grown into a large corporation for the production and sale of cheese.
Syrobogatov is a recognized leader in the cheese market, well-known far beyond the borders of its native Urals. Terms of cooperation
In accordance with Part 2 of Article 9 of the Federal Law dated December 28, 2009 No. 381-ФЗ "On the Basics of State Regulation of Trading Activities", OOO Trading House Syrobogatov publishes the following information:
1. Information on the conditions for selecting a counterparty to conclude a food supply contract and on the material terms of such a contract:
1.1. The food supply contract is concluded with customers, legal entities and individuals, whose main activity is the wholesale and retail sale of food products, including dairy products, as well as with other business entities that use the products of the enterprise in their production and economic activities (cafes, restaurants, hotels, etc.).
1.2. Delivery contracts are concluded on the basis of pickup from the supplier’s warehouse or centralized delivery to the buyer's warehouse at the option of the Client. At the same time, the minimum consignment for centralized delivery is 10 kg.
1.3. To conclude a supply contract, Clients provide documents confirming their registration as a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur, as well as documents confirming the possession of premises and equipment for carrying out trading activities.
1.4. Delivery contracts are concluded on a prepayment or deferred payment basis. Specific payment terms are discussed with each client individually.
1.5. Any contract concluded with customers without fail must include a condition for acceptance of goods by the Client at the time of delivery of the goods.
2. Information on the quality and safety of the supplied food products:
