In a hydrocyclone (or in double hydrocyclones), due to centrifugal forces, almost 100% of particles larger than 100 microns and 50-80% of particles larger than 40-80 microns are classified, which in the form of a highly concentrated mixture are discharged from the cyclone onto a dehydration (dehydration) screen located under the hydrocyclone. Smaller particles (which should contain all clay particles and other inclusions) are carried away with the main volume of water from the hydrocyclone into a system that divides the flow (automatic regulation by a valve) into a return to the tank and a drain, which is sent to the water purification system.
