PURPOSE: Used for waterproofing static cracks, seams, joints, service entries, interfaces and junctions in concrete and reinforced concrete structures. DESCRIPTION: Dry, fine-grained, waterproofing, surface mixture Pk1, B30, W14, F300 “Penekrit” GOST 31357-2007. It consists of Portland cement, quartz sand of a certain granulometry, and active chemical components. (fine 25x25 mm), with an increase in the cross-section of the fine, the consumption increases proportionally. Surface preparation. Using a wall chaser and a jackhammer, make a groove with a cross-section of at least 25x25 mm along cracks, seams, joints, utility entries, connections, and junctions. Thoroughly clean the surface from debris and loose concrete using a brush with metal bristles, moisten it generously and prime it with one layer of Penetron mortar mixture (consumption 0.1 kg/m.p.). Preparation of mortar mixture. Use clean water and containers. Mix with water in a proportion of 0.14 - 0.16 liters of water per 1 kg of dry mixture or 1 part water per 5 parts of dry mixture by volume for 2 minutes until a thick plasticine-like consistency is obtained. Use within 30 minutes, stirring regularly without adding water.

Penetron – penetrating waterproofing of concrete. The service life of penetrating waterproofing is equal to the service life of building structures. Penetron is approved for waterproofing in domestic and drinking water supplies. Penetrating waterproofing gives concrete the properties of “self-healing” cracks with an opening of up to 0.4 mm. Concrete penetrating mixture can be applied with either forward or reverse water pressure. There is no need to dry the concrete surface before applying penetrating waterproofing. The water resistance, corrosion resistance and frost resistance of concrete increases. Penetrating waterproofing maintains the vapor permeability of concrete. Purpose. Penetrating mixtures Penetron are used for waterproofing concrete and reinforced concrete structures. As a result, their water resistance increases and concrete acquires the ability to “self-heal” cracks with an opening of up to 0.4 mm. For waterproofing static seams, cracks larger than 0.4 mm and utility entries, it is used in conjunction with other materials of the Penetron system. Dry mixture consumption 0.8 - 1.1 kg/m2 when applied in two layers. Surface preparation. Before applying the penetrating mixture, the surface is cleaned to structurally sound concrete. Wet the concrete with water until it is as saturated as possible.

Penetron Admix Waterproofing additive for concrete (Penetron Admix) DESCRIPTION: Dry waterproofing additive for concrete mixture. Consists of special cement and active chemical components. PURPOSE: Used for waterproofing concrete and reinforced concrete structures by increasing their water resistance and acquiring the property of “self-healing” cracks with an opening of up to 0.4 mm. ADVANTAGES: - Increased water resistance, durability, frost resistance and corrosion resistance of concrete; - Elimination of additional waterproofing of structures/products; - Compatibility with any other additives (plasticizing, antifreeze, air-entraining, etc.); - Used in domestic and drinking water supply. Instructions for use of materials. The application temperature for the Penetron Admix additive complies with current standards at which concrete work is possible. CONSUMPTION: 1% by weight of cement in the concrete mixture or 4 kg of additive per 1 m3 of concrete mixture. METHODS OF ADDITIVE ADMINISTRATION: Introduce Penetron Admix into a concrete truck in the form of a solution in the proportion of 2.5 liters of water per 4 kg of dry additive or 1 part water to 1.5 parts dry additive by volume. Use the prepared additive solution within 5 minutes. Mix the solution in a concrete truck for at least 10 minutes at high mixer speeds. In dry form, the Penetron Admix additive is administered through the dry additive dispensers of the RBU production line. It is possible to introduce a calculated amount of additive along with inert materials. When concreting, ensure waterproofing of technological seams and joints using a waterproofing harness “Penebar” and “Metal fastening brackets”. PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES: Use rubber gloves, cotton gloves, a respirator, goggles, protective clothing made of thick fabric, boots.
