The Ekol company began its activities in the field of meat production in 1998. Gradually developing and improving quality, by 2003 we declared ourselves not only with original packaging technologies for semi-finished products, but also introducing the new Ekol brand to the public. Today, as before, we produce halal meat products, while being one of the leaders in the production of high-quality meat products in Russia. It was not difficult to occupy a niche of a manufacturer of halal products - there was practically no competition here. But our goal, as today, was to produce high-quality meat products using modern technology. it was this Ekol company that became the first to receive a certificate from the Mufti Council of Russia, confirming that all our products, as well as the methods of their production, comply with the halal principles. We closely monitor the veterinary control of live cattle supplied, pay great attention to laboratory analysis, physical examination of each animal, as well as compliance with all hygiene and sterility requirements throughout the meat production process. The first wholesale customers of our company were supermarket chains "7 Continent" and "Ramstore."
