All products are tested by our own bacteriological and chemical laboratories. Such studies are carried out at all stages of the production of ice cream, starting with the analysis of the purchased raw materials, then kneading ice cream, freezing, cooling, packing and ending with hardening in a special chamber. Thus, releasing ice cream daily, we guarantee its quality.
