Tomsk innovation company LLC Rusled (established on the basis of the Tomsk Electric Lamp Plant, part of the 21st Century Light group of companies) produces bright and energy-efficient LED lamps in the form factor of incandescent lamps.
This lamp was developed by the plant’s specialists and scientists of Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radio Electronics (TUSUR).
The basis of the plant’s production complex is equipment at the Tomsk Electric Lamp Plant.
The plant owns its own glassmaking complex, a certified laboratory, assembly lines, a warehouse complex and a developed infrastructure.
