At the plant, a plastic product goes through all stages of its creation: from a prototype to molding a plastic product and sending the goods to the customer. We have our own full-cycle production. A full cycle is a technological sequence of actions from the development of a product model, the development and manufacture of a mold to the casting of finished products by customer order. We are engaged in the production of molds for injection molding and the actual casting of products from various polymeric materials using these molds. We work with materials such as ABS plastic, ASA plastic, low pressure polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA), polycarbonate (PC), PMMA, polystyrene (PS), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), thermopolyurethane (TPU). Leader Polymer independently manufactures aluminum molds and pours products on them. We order steel molds from a contractor depending on your order, but we pour products on them ourselves. We make molds by milling from aluminum - this is aircraft structural aluminum. The warranty period of the mold is 10,000 closures (for example: if there are 2 nests on the mold, then 10,000 closures is 20,000 products). Aluminum is less durable than steel, however, a mold made from it is much cheaper than steel. For example: good quality steel molds cost from 1.5 million rubles, our aluminum molds for similar products will cost 100-200 thousand rubles. •Injection of a plastic product - the mold is placed in the injection molding machine, where it is poured into it under pressure.
