General-purpose fans
There are three types available:
centrifugal;
roof;
axial.
Centrifugal fans
Low-pressure centrifugal (radial) fans have a spiral rotary body, an impeller of 12 backward curved blades. They are manufactured in 15 standard sizes, air flow up to 85,000 m3/hour, pressure up to 3,000 Pa. The characteristics are confirmed by aerodynamic tests on the stand. Operating conditions from + 40°C to - 60 °C. They can be manufactured in general, corrosion-resistant, explosion-proof and high-temperature versions. A special series has been developed for regions with harsh climates made of stainless steel and with reliable Siemens engines in the climatic version UHL1.
Advantages:
15 standard sizes;
one-way suction;
spiral rotary housing;
impeller made of 12 backward curved blades;
air consumption up to 85,000 m3/hour;
pressure up to 3000 Pa;
galvanized housing;
special series with Siemens engines;
operation from + 40 °C to - 60 °C;
corrosion-resistant, explosion-proof, high-temperature design;
the direction of rotation is right, left.
Centrifugal fans are manufactured in accordance with GOST 5976-90 using high-quality materials and components. The housing, depending on the purpose, is made of carbon, stainless or galvanized steel. Impellers, frame, manifold and flanges are covered with paint for additional protection. The impellers and pulleys are factory balanced and equipped with quick-release hubs for easy installation and maintenance. High-temperature versions are made with cooling discs to remove heat and protect bearings and the electric motor from overheating.
Additional equipment:
flexible inserts;
matching flanges;
vibration isolators;
safety nets;
the control panel.
Roof fans
Roof fans are general industrial with an upward flow of air. Low-pressure with an operating pressure of up to 1000 Pa. They are manufactured in 10 standard sizes with a capacity from 1000 to 85000 m3/h. They are installed on mounting cups or on specially made ventilation shafts. Designed for use in temperate and northern latitudes, they remain operational in conditions of negative temperatures up to -600C, which corresponds to the temperate and cold climate of the first category of accommodation according to GOST 15150.
Advantages:
10 standard sizes;
Ziehl-Abegg and Punker impellers;
Siemens engines;
air consumption up to 85,000 m3/hour;
pressure up to 1000 Pa;
galvanized housing;
protection against leaks;
service hatch for engine maintenance;
powder coated welded steel frame;
operation from + 40 °C to - 60 °C;
corrosion-resistant and explosion-proof design.
The fans are manufactured on modern equipment using high-quality components and materials. Carbon steel parts are processed and coated with a special powder paint. Stainless and galvanized steel elements have protective properties against atmospheric influences and aggressive moving media.
The impeller of the correct geometry does not require additional balancing measures on the object, is strong and durable, has high efficiency and ideal aerodynamic characteristics. It is equipped with a quick-release hub for easy maintenance.
The fans undergo all necessary tests before shipment to the end user and comply with safety standards and environmental requirements.
Additional equipment:
control panel;
mounting cup;
a condensate collection tray.
Axial fans
The line of axial fans is designed for use in supply and exhaust systems of general exchange and technological ventilation of buildings and structures of various types. The design of the fans is general industrial, explosion–proof. The fan body is made of painted carbon steel, the blades are made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide.
The main sizes produced are:
4,0 4,5 5,0 5,6 6,3 7,1 8,0 9,0 10,0 11,2 12,5.
The cylindrical shell, rolled from structural steel, performs the function of the housing. Flanges with holes for bolting are provided for connecting the fan to the network ducts. The fan body is painted. Inside the housing there is an impeller with fiberglass-reinforced polyamide blades. The fan blades have an aerodynamic profile, which gives the fans high energy efficiency. A variety of impeller configurations allows you to select a fan with a minimum deviation from the specified network parameters in the entire range of the series. The impeller sleeve is pressed directly onto the rotor of an electric asynchronous motor. The fans are supplied with an external terminal box for easy connection to a three-phase 380V supply network.
The fans can be operated in regions with a temperate climate at ambient temperatures -40°C...+40°C, as well as in regions with moderately cold and cold climates -60°C...+45°From the first and second categories of accommodation according to GOST 15150-69.
The equipment is manufactured according to the Technical specifications (Checklist) A Customer for a specific Project (Object). Warranty obligations apply to all manufactured equipment.
The cost, quantity and terms of manufacture (delivery) are negotiated additionally at the conclusion of the contract.
Production is in the Russian Federation.
