In 1986, the little-known enterprise Confectionery Factory No. 2 began the production of sugar and long cookies. At that time, the factory was part of the Krasnaya Zvezda confectionery association. In 1992, as a result of the privatization of Confectionery Factory No. 2, the Tomsk Confectioner OJSC was organized.
In 2011, Continent-Service LLC became the new owner of the production complex.
Today, the company operates lines for the production of sugar, puff pastry, butter biscuits and sandwiches.
