Our company is a manufacturer of flour under its own Brand. The entire product line of TM "KGM plus" is designed specifically for "HoReCa". Our team includes chefs, pizza chefs, flour milling technologists and foreign partners who are constantly improving the quality of our products. We select only high-quality grain for KGM plus flour. Before releasing products to the market, we work them out in restaurants and pizzerias. After that, the received sample is fixed on the Italian laboratory equipment at the mill. Flour is made and stored in special climatic conditions, due to this, getting to the customer’s warehouse, all useful properties are preserved in their original form. For pizza we use flour with a special character - “KGM plus” type 00 - finer grinding. Flour is balanced in terms of elasticity and extensibility. The production of craft products allows us to take control of the milling industry in the HoReCa sector. We are constantly improving indicators such as: levitation W, absorption, elasticity, development and development, stability and activity of the enzyme.
