LLC “Kasimov-Miacro” has existed for more than 7 years. During this period, the company has developed to the size of a large European structure for the production of rabbit products.
At the moment, Kasimov-Miacro LLC is one of the recognized leaders in Russian rabbit breeding.
The Miacro method (rabbit breeding outdoors in special sheds), taken as a basis, does not require large investments, is economically profitable and less labor-intensive, but the technological approach and equipment offered by Mikhailov are outdated and do not meet new standards in rabbit breeding.
In the process, we almost completely revised and improved the cultivation technology and design of mini-farms, which allowed us to reach a new level of industrial scale.
Currently, the company has 1268 mini-farms (cages) for raising rabbits, 1100 females of the main livestock, 70 male males.
The total population is 16,000 heads. The farm uses artificial insemination technology, which allows up to 70 cases per day.
Thanks to the new design of mini-farms, the interval between rabbit coatings (mating) was reduced to 51 days (95 days at Miacro). Instead of 3.5 rounds to 8 rounds per female per year. The average safety index of young animals ranges from 7 to 10 rabbits per female. The factory employs 18 people.
The main part of the products is sold for meat, which is 7.5 tons per month, 200 heads per month are sold for brood. Manure is sold in full, in a year the farm sells about 500 tons of organic matter. Mizdren skins, ears, paws and tails are also sold.
Rabbit breeding is a profitable business. It has various areas of profit from the sale of meat and offal, fur, breeding stock, vermicompost. Production waste generally carries practically no costs.
The enterprise has a workshop for the production of equipment for rabbit farms. Every month the workshop produces up to 200 mini-farms for raising rabbits.
Today, all mini-farms are equipped with the AUTOPENING system, as a result of which we have achieved a reduction in labor costs of up to 60% and the work of the mini-farm in semi-automatic mode. We also make attachments.
We have developed an improved computer program that allows you to keep a complete inventory of livestock and breeding. Each rabbit has an electronic passport, genetics, a pedigree for 30 generations.
The program is combined 1C enterprise, supports various types of accounting and reporting. Every day, based on the data entered in the program, a zootechnical plan is issued, which indicates all types of zootechnical work that must be performed on the farm.
