The pride of our production is the material knitting-piercing basalt fireproof roll "VMBOR".
For the production of heat-insulating and fire-retardant materials, we use rocks of the basalt group. Basalt fiber is able, without melting, to withstand temperatures of more than 1000 0С, therefore materials based on it are a reliable fire barrier and prevent the spread of flame over structures. The production technology allows us to obtain fibers with a diameter of 1 to 3 microns and a length of more than 150 mm, which means that our technical insulation from basalt has increased vibration resistance and low coefficient of thermal conductivity.
Own equipment allows you to apply aluminum foil to VMBOR, which gives the material hydro-vapor barrier and an aesthetic appearance.
