NZMI "OLEVS", Veliky Novgorod.
The Novgorod OLEVS Metalware Plant is the assignee of the Novgorod Experimental Plant of Folk Art Crafts, which was founded in 1972 on the basis of repair shops created in 1948. The pilot plant was a local industry enterprise and was engaged in the manufacture of non-ferrous metal jewelry (brooches, pendants, earrings, pendants, etc.), as well as chased products.
In 1995, the enterprise became a part of OLEVS CJSC, and the revival of bronze casting began, as the most promising direction in the development of traditional Novgorod crafts. Today, the assortment of products includes church attributes: crosses, icons, folds, candlesticks; cabinet plastic; watches, etc.
Since 1998, the plant has been actively developing the production of equipment for security systems: shrouds, electromagnetic locks, video transmission over twisted pair.
In 2005, a tool workshop was created at the plant, producing tooling, dies and molds for its own production and by order of third-party organizations.
