Volkhov Nevsky Transformer Plant LLC is a young modernized enterprise manufacturing the latest high-tech current and voltage transformers for voltage classes from 6 to 35 kV with cast insulation, with primary current from 5 to 5,000 A.
Our company was founded in 2011, the production site is located in Veliky Novgorod and is 8,000 square meters on 4 hectares.
The founders of our company are experts in this field, both the management and the technical department consist of highly qualified employees who have built more than one plant. Taking all the accumulated experience, both positive and negative, eliminating all the shortcomings and adding all the capabilities of the latest technologies, we created our product.
At present, NTZ Volkhov LLC is mass-producing a full line of measuring current transformers: support, feed-through, bus, line of power transformers with a capacity of 0.63; 1.25; 2.5; 4 kVA. In addition to the transformers presented on the Russian market, we made new items:
- ZNTOLP-NTZ-6 (10) , NTOLP-NTZ-6 (10) - current transformer and voltage transformer in one housing (not having an analog);
- for Severstal, our design department developed TOL-NTZ-10-51 ;
- supporting current transformer with reduced dimensions TOL-NTZ-10-01 (housing length of only 232 mm);

Voltage transformers manufactured by NTZ Volkhov LLC also have a number of design features that distinguish them from competitors:
- reduced overall dimensions, both of one transformer separately, and of the 3-phase group as a whole.
- a series of transformers with increased protection against damage during overvoltages in the 6-10 kV network was developed. Transformers of this series withstand overvoltages up to 2.7 Unom for 8 hours.
- to increase the resistance of the transformer to inrush currents during transients, a SIBA fuse with a rating of 0.63 A is used as a fuse
The basic principle at our enterprise is: DO NOT save on the quality of component materials, therefore we purchase most components in Europe, and every part must undergo QC input control, and confidence in the quality of the equipment we supply confirms an extended warranty period of up to 5 years.
