Netpol LLC non-woven materials factory was established in 1998, the main direction was the production of high-quality bulk materials for mattress and furniture production and insulation for sewing production, produced exclusively from primary polyester fibers.
Currently, the range of products manufactured by NETPOL is not only used in the manufacture of upholstered furniture and mattresses.
- Sewing production - “Sintepon Insulation” with a unique reinforcing (anti-immigration) layer “Thermobonding”, production with the addition of natural fibers ( to beard, jute, hemp fiber, wool, cotton) is possible . Materials of this direction tactilely have a softer, more delicate structure, resilient, restore their original shape and volume.
- Production of mattresses and upholstered furniture - quilting, flooring, cushioning materials, volume substitutes for foam rubber.
- Road construction and beautification - “GEOPOLOTNO”, is produced from 100% polyester fibers, is not subject to decay, and prevents the penetration of oil-containing liquids, oils, emulsions into the subgrade.
- Ventilation and air conditioning - “Filter polyester webs” with a unique reinforcing layer of our own production (Thermobonding), which prevents the fibers from entering the cleaned air stream. The use of materials of our own production makes it possible to provide consumers with a more favorable cost, without compromising consumer properties.
- Environmental safety - Sorbents of oil and petroleum products LARN (analogue to the well-known sorbent MEGASORB). Specialists of our factory together with the developers of the sorbent "MEGASORB" carried out improvements to improve consumer performance. The company "NETPOL" has an exclusive license for the production of MEGASORB material on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Sorbent-A - for collecting oil and oil products from the surface of water and soil.
Sorbent-F - filtering loading of treatment facilities to separate emulsified oil particles and suspended particles from water.
