LLC “Production Company “ OUR PRODUCT ” - was founded in 2000 as an enterprise conducting production and trading activities. Stable and confidently developing, the company continues to invest in the development of the main - production sphere.
Today, the company is developing several business areas: -production of refined deodorized sunflower oil; soybean oil, packaged fried sunflower seeds, weighted seeds and round grain rice.
Main activities:
- processing of vegetable oil , which is carried out at a manufacturing enterprise in Armavir. Production capacity of refining and deodorization:
- 1,500 tons / month (50 tons / day) - filtration
- 1,500 tons / month (50 tons / day) - deodorization
- 5,000 tons (at a time) - tank storage of oil.
- Calibration of sunflower seeds, roasting and packing of seeds under the TM “Seeds from Yanochka”, Schelkoff ”and“ Kuban Valley ”,“ Krymchanka SOUTH ”, at a manufacturing enterprise in Novokubansk.
Production capacity:
- calibration workshop - 650 tons / month.
-frying shop - 300 tons / month. The output of 100 tons of SPK-63% calibrated raw material for frying, 37% core and calibrated seed.
- processing of vegetable oil and the production of packaged oil at a manufacturing enterprise in Art. Giaginsky, Republic of Adygea.
Production capacity is:
- 4,500 tons / month - productivity of the press workshop. 1,800 tons / month - production of press oil.
- 3,000 tons / month (from 100 tons / day) - the performance of the refining and deodorization workshop.
- 6,000 tons / month (200 tons / day) - the productivity of the packaging workshop.
- 5,400 tons / month - soybean processing (soybean workshop). The yield of oilcake is 4,320 tons / month.
- 12,000 tons (at a time) - tank storage of refined and unrefined oil.
- 70,000 tons - the capacity of the one-time storage of the elevator.
