Product description
Description The size of the decorative panel: 200 * 111 mm. In the package: 29 pcs. Total area in the package: 0.35 sq. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Laying surface All surfaces must comply with the general technical requirements and, taking into account the current regulations, be suitable for installation. - the norm of moisture content for supporting slabs is 4%, for cement-sand pavements - 5%, for plank bases - no more than 7%; -hardness / bearing capacity; -smoothness (maximum difference in surface level per meter, no more than 3 mm) - cleanliness of the surface for laying (remove dust, grease and mat if the surface is varnished) Walls or ceilings made of PVC, plasterboard, plastered surfaces, surfaces covered with any kind of wallpaper, painted surfaces, surfaces made of wood or rubber, if they meet the above conditions, can also serve as a surface for laying. Unsuitable substrates are textile surfaces. Basic rules for laying For installation, adhesives with the best adhesion and adhesive properties of wood are used with the surface on which the wall panel will be laid. We recommend using quick-drying elastic polyurethane-based adhesives that resist vibration and corrosion. When using glue of PUR classification (PUR), it is worth choosing those that do not foam when drying, in order to exclude the possibility of lagging of the part of the wall panel from the surface. We recommend using pur-glue sealant KLEIBERIT 566 PUR supracraft . -Before laying, the details of the wall panels should be checked for possible visible defects (great attention should be paid to the size of the parts, they should all be identical). Natural wood defects (knots and defects in wood structure) are NOT a defect. It is forbidden to lay damaged parts of the wall panels. -for installation of wall panels you will need: tape measure, pencil, glue (depending on the type of installation, you may need a saw) -determine and measure the coverage area before laying. Keep in mind that for 1 linear meter of laying, the offset towards laying is approximately 1-2 mm. -Start laying from the corner, lay out the first row as evenly as possible horizontally. Pay attention to the laying lines, observe horizontal and vertical lines. - laying is done by applying a small amount of glue to the part of the wall panel (so that when pressing on the part, the glue does not climb over its edges) and mounting it on the surface with slight pressure. You need to lay without seams, aligning the corners of the parts exactly to each other tightly and without gaps. - fixing parts of the wall panel with screws and nails is not allowed Installation in public and commercial premises. When installing in public and commercial premises, the average humidity levels typical of such premises should be taken into account. At the same time, it recommends applying more glue to exclude the possibility of detaching the part from the surface. It is also recommended to leave a small expansion gap of 0.1-0.2 mm between the parts. After styling -wipe the wall panel not with a wet, but only with a slightly damp cloth. - If liquid is spilled on the wall panel, it should be cleaned immediately. - do not use abrasive cleaning agents and other agents that can damage the coating by friction. -do not coat the surface of the wall panel with wax or varnish - it is allowed to use dry vacuum cleaners -use of vacuum cleaners for wet cleaning (washing vacuum cleaners) and steam cleaners is NOT allowed. - it is not allowed to use cleaners and cleaning agents that form foam (dishwashing detergent, liquid soap, etc.). Also, do not use alcohol or vinegar based floor cleaners. -If damage is found, small damaged areas can be repaired with a specially designed molding oil of the color you need. To purchase the oil you need, you must contact the manufacturer.
