The garment factory was founded in 2001, the production specializes in sewing outerwear for women under the brand name Montserrat. For 15 years, the brand has been one of the leaders in the Russian market in the middle price segment.
Products are designed and manufactured for women ’height of 164 cm. This is the average height of women in Russia, this size is suitable for women up to 170 cm. Our products are designed taking into account that the sleeve can be tucked with small growth and it will look aesthetically pleasing.
Montserrat products are chosen by women of any age category, depending on their taste preferences, complexion and practicality of the purchased product. The size range of our products is from 46 to 66, planting products worked out over the years, taking into account all the anthropometric characteristics of Russian women.
Our collections are distinguished by an enviable variety of silhouettes. The main part of our models has a semi-adjacent silhouette, there are also models of a direct silhouette, o-shaped silhouette, fitted.
Where do we produce?
Today, Montserrat is its own production facility located in the Moscow Region, equipped with the most advanced high-tech equipment, which employs designers, constructors and technologists who are constantly growing in their professionalism. The company specially located production in a small Moscow region to have an advantage in the speed of new collections and logistics, without raising costs and making its products available to most buyers, compared with companies placing their orders in Southeast Asia. All this allows us to produce products that meet European standards at an affordable price.
What are we producing from?
In our collections, we use Korean-made soft, plastic raincoat fabric. Such qualities of the raincoat as good breathability, protection against moisture and wind, a long stay of the fabric in a clean state, preservation of the original shape and high practicality make this material ideal for making women's outerwear. Products from this fabric are ideal for lovers of walking in bad weather, as well as people for whom convenience and comfort in different weather conditions occupy the main position. The fabric is hypoallergenic, it is not afraid of washing, if you do not use bleaches and conditioners, as well as solvents that harm the fabric, it accepts light ironing with steam.
For the autumn-winter collection, a denser fabric is used than for the spring, this is due to the temperature characteristics of the season.
The lining fabric used in our products is light, silky, pleasant to the body, has good abrasion resistance, high color fastness to the action of friction and sweat.
