Microsensor Technology LLC - R&D is a company engaged in research and development of new products based on near-and mid-IR optoelectronic components.
LED Microsensor NT LLC designs and manufactures unique mid-infrared optoelectronic devices designed to analyze the chemical composition of gases, liquids and solid media. We offer a wide range of light emitting diodes, LED arrays, photodiodes for the spectral range from 1600 to 5000 nm, as well as electronic devices for working with them (drivers for LEDs and amplifiers for photodiodes). The use of optocouplers LED - photodiode opens up the possibility of creating devices for a wide variety of applications, characterized by high sensitivity, low power consumption, high speed, compact size and long life.
Our key technology is the epitaxial growth of narrow-gap heterostructures based on GaSb-InAs solid solutions. The company owns the full production cycle necessary for creating LEDs and photodiodes.
