The METARUS group of companies began its activities in 2000 as a small assembly plant. For more than 10 years of experience, the company has established itself as a leader in the Russian market for the production of food cans, twist-off screw metal caps and easily openable caps.
Under the guidance of experienced managers, METARUS is developing the industry by putting forward innovative proposals in the field of tin packaging. Thus, the Group was the first to introduce welded cans with a narrowed bottom and high-quality surface printing, equipped with easily-opened lids of their own production.
Today METARUS has two production sites in Russia in the strategic regions for the domestic canning industry - Kaliningrad and the Krasnodar Territory. In Kaliningrad, canned fish is produced, in Krasnodar, canned vegetables are produced. Thus, METARUS is in close proximity to consumers and is at the same time accessible to the main producers of canned food in the European part of the Russian Federation and Eastern Europe.
