Metallist-OCA Design Bureau of Experimental Machines LLC carries out the development and manufacture of snow melting units of various modifications, which are designed for melting snow from any open areas that require prompt clearance of snow cover.
The company KBEM "Metalist-OSA" was founded in 2003. Since 2005 The chief designer of KBEM “Metalist-OCA” took part in the design of six stationary snow melting points in Moscow. In 2007 the then mayor of Moscow, Yu.M. Luzhkov, set the task to design a domestic mobile snow-melting installation, which was completed. Maybe its appearance was not perfect, but functionally it was not inferior to foreign models and significantly superior to the products of one specialized research institute. Since 2010, we have been producing snow melting installations under the OCA brand.
The range of OSA snow-melting plants covers a wide range of possible options: according to their design - transportable, mobile, roofing, stationary; by heat sources - from mains water, from steam, from boilers for any type of fuel, from electric heating elements. Snow melting performance is limited only by the imagination of customers. The method of loading, autonomy, degree of automation can be any. It is possible to equip the units with a compact complex for cleaning melt water from mechanical impurities and oil products. We can integrate a snow-melting plant into the facilities of our partners. We can make any non-serial unit that the consumer needs.
Our customers are organizations that can count money. Basically - private companies with large territories: trade, logistics and business centers, cottage villages, industrial and transport enterprises, stadiums, hotel complexes. There are government agencies. Several installations were made for law enforcement agencies. The well-known research center and one of the divisions of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation took advantage of the possibility of melting snow using OCA installations.
OSA snow-melting plants are 3-4 times cheaper than foreign analogues and more reliable in operation. In their manufacture, 98% of materials and components of domestic production are used, and the staff consists exclusively of Russian citizens. Repair and maintenance of imported snow melting equipment is much more expensive.
