The company "MEDPLANT" was founded in 2000 by leading experts of the former All-Russian Research Institute of Medical Instrument Making. Today it is a well-known and successful manufacturing enterprise specializing in the production of medical equipment for emergency medicine.
Currently, MEDPLANT takes a firm position in the market of medical equipment for emergency medical care (NSR), providing all regions of Russia and the CIS countries with products of its own production, namely: laying ambulance teams, ambulances and respiratory kits for manual ventilation, aspirators mechanical, transportable portable monitors and pulse oximeters, thermal containers, folding and disposable folding tires and collars, frameless stretchers, sets for ambulance and first doctor assistance for various applications (for traffic police patrol cars, for rural settlements, for Russian Railways passenger trains, for special applications, etc.).
The scope of the manufactured products is all types of emergency medical care in all its forms and at all stages in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On the Basics of Protecting the Health of Citizens in the Russian Federation” No. 323-FZ of 11/21/2011. and by-laws. In accordance with these documents, consumers and potential customers of our products are both services and institutions of the Ministry of Health (ambulance, emergency and emergency care, the entire outpatient network, hospitals, medical units, outpatient clinics, medical centers, medical facilities, medical centers and offices), as well as various departments (power, Ministry of Emergencies, Ministry of Transport, Russian Railways and others) and municipal structures.
The main goal of our developments is the creation of portable, reliable, modern, easy-to-use medical devices for emergency medical care (SMP), functionally complete and best suited for work in the regions of Russia, including in vehicles and field conditions. Accordingly, a comprehensive indicator is adopted for the generalized criterion for evaluating products: “function / reliability / price / quality”.
By quality we mean:
- stable and reliable performance in different climatic and external conditions, with mechanical stress and limited energy resources;
- practicality and convenience of the staff (availability, review and speed of deployment of equipment, cable lengths, convenient Russified menus and symbols, etc.);
- hygiene, speed of sanitation.
The company carries out all the development, including the stages of preliminary design and engineering - technological design, as well as the development of mass production, without its own resources. However, cooperation with specialized industries, such as foundry, mechanical, sewing, electronic, which work according to our drawings and on our technological equipment, is widely used.
Actually production is an assembly shop, working on the principle of "screwdriver" assembly. At the same time, operational control is provided, control of incoming components and parts, and control of finished products.
