The wall profile is created for the convenience of installation of translucent canopies and awnings when the sheets of cellular polycarbonate are adjacent to the wall. It serves as an end profile and ensures the tightness of the junction of the coating to the existing vertical structure.

Provides fast and reliable fastening of panels to the frame with their simultaneous connection to each other. The profile consists of two parts: the bottom - "base" and the upper - a snap-on "cover". It is distinguished by its excellent appearance, reliability, high speed and ease of installation. "PSR 6-10 mm" is universal: it is suitable for fixing panels with a thickness of 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm. Fastening is carried out as follows: the "base" of the profile is attached to the main longitudinal supports of the frame, then the panels are installed , The “cover” of the profile is fixed in the desired position (lower position - 6 mm, upper - 8-10 mm) and “snaps in”. Fix the “cover” by sequential pressing of the palm on its front side. Avoid shocks when connecting the “cover” of the profile and the “base”. It is not recommended to use hammers, mallets and other tools when connecting the “lid” and “base”. Drill holes in the “base” (bottom part of the profile) with a step of 300 mm, the diameter of which should be slightly larger than the diameter of the self-tapping screw (or the legs of the thermal washer). Use self-tapping screws to attach the "base" of the profile to the frame. Lay the panels on both sides of the “base” so that they rest on the “base” and leave the necessary clearance for thermal expansion of the panels (3-5 mm depending on the width of the panel). Install the profile “cover” and, using a wooden mallet, “snap” it along the entire length of the profile, connecting it to the base. In the polycarbonate profile "PSR 6-10 mm" the presence of clamps on two levels allows at the lower position to connect panels with a thickness of 6 mm, and at the upper position - 8 and 10 mm. The profiles "PSR" provide a strong and tight connection of panels and fixing them to the supporting supports of the frame, at the same time, allowing them to expand (contract) under the influence of seasonal changes in ambient temperature. This is the most popular solution. These profiles are used in any construction, but are almost indispensable in arched canopies and ceilings.
