The company “Component Plus” was founded in 2001 and became the successor of the company “Component-V”, which began its activities in 2000 as a supplier of ingredients for meat processing enterprises.
Initially, the company began to specialize in the repair, restoration and modernization of cutters, as well as other meat processing equipment.
During its existence, our organization has come a long way of gradual development, becoming during this time an expert not only in cutters, but also a specialist in other types of meat processing equipment.
We have established business relations with the best manufacturers of Russia, China and Europe and represent their interests in the adjustment and maintenance of equipment of our partners.
Currently, our company is developing the serial production of new vacuum cutters of its own design with a bowl volume of 65, 130, 250 liters, as well as open cutters with a bowl of 130 and 200 liters.
We also produce tops with a grill diameter of 160 mm and a meat mixer with a volume of 330 liters.
Other types of equipment are being developed.
Significantly expanded our ability to manufacture spare parts and accessories.
The direction of repair and modernization of cutters still occupies a significant share in the activities of our campaign. The accumulated experience and mastered technologies have made it possible at the moment to become the only enterprise in the Russian Federation that produces cutters at the level of specialized enterprises in Germany and Austria.
