The history of KEMMI began in 1997 with the release of instant noodles, but even then the idea was born of the unique production of convenience foods for one of the most popular dishes of Kazakh national cuisine - besbarmak, as well as kespe and lagman noodles. The very next year, the company created its own line and released the first exclusive products.
In 1998, specially for the company that became the first manufacturer of drum-free noodles, technical conditions (TU) were created for the production of this type of product under number 01-01 and certificates of conformity were received. At the request of "KEMMI", an individual state standard ST No. 001 has been developed and is operating for drum-free noodles.
