Raw materials
For the production of clothing, our company acquires the fabrics of the best world manufacturers in Canada, Bulgaria, Turkey and Poland. Moreover, we have the opportunity to order fabric patterns to manufacturers according to our own designs, due to which we create products that are unique in color and style.
Production
Our knitting factory is two large premises in which there is a cutting and sewing workshop, as well as a warehouse. Initially, high-quality knitted fabrics arrive at our warehouse, after which they are transported to a cutting shop where, using the patterns made by our fashion designer, the cut of products is cut on a knife of the German company Hoffman.
Here, in the cutting shop, future products go through the first stage of quality control, after which they are sent to the sewing workshop.
Our sewing workshop is more than 150 highly qualified employees who carry out tailoring of knitwear on professional industrial equipment. The workshop is equipped with Siruba and Yamato sewing equipment, as well as a high-tech textile printer, which prints on white and color products.
Finished products undergo wet-heat treatment, after which they pass the second stage of quality control. Then they are completed, packaged and delivered to the finished goods warehouse.

In addition to Moscow and the Tambov region, our company provides wholesale deliveries of knitwear to St. Petersburg, Ryazan, Voronezh, Tula, Lipetsk, Kazan and other large cities of Russia.
