IE LLC NATURECOTTON was included in the list of enterprises that introduced a modern form of organizing cotton and textile production, namely, from the cultivation of raw cotton to the production of finished products - 100% cotton yarn and severe knitted fabric. This integral production, namely spinning, knitting and sewing production, is located in Tashkent, Sergeli district, South Industrial zone, st. Design, b / n. A new integrated textile production was launched at the beginning of 2018 and equipped with technological equipment of such leading textile machine-building companies of Europe - Germany, Spain, Turkey as: Truetzschler, Saurer, Electro-JET, Temsan, Uster, Rimtex. Production capacities allow producing up to 20 tons of 100% cotton yarn and severe knitted fabric per day. 100% cotton yarn is produced in two types: pneumatic spinning (OE), ring spinning (KCD) and combed (CCM) for knitting and weaving, with a numbering range from Ne 12 (Nm 20) to Ne 40 (Nm 68). Throughout the entire cycle of production of cotton yarn, strict quality control of products is carried out, which is being tested on USTER, MAG devices in the enterprise’s laboratory. The quality of the cotton yarn in terms of strength and other indicators fully complies with the approved GOSTs of the manufactured products. At the moment, the products are made from 1 grade cotton fiber, (oliy, yachsh, urta). And also our company specializes in the production and processing of cotton waste. (Such as Vata prima, Vata luxury, mattress cotton, furniture cotton, sewing cotton) high quality. Only high quality waste and fibers are used.
