For the production of chocolate, we use rare elite varieties of cocoa beans Criollo and Trinitario, as well as cane sugar, which are ground on stone millstones according to the technology of the 19th century for more than 2 days!
This production method allows you to get the highest quality chocolate. We do not mix expensive varieties of cocoa beans with cheap and do not blend.
