OJSC MOGELIT is one of the largest and most well-known gelatin producers in the CIS and the only one in the Eurasian Economic Union. Edible gelatin is a universal ingredient that is used as a thickener, foaming agent and stabilizer in various areas of the food industry: meat processing, dairy, fish processing, in the confectionery industry, in the beverage industry, as well as in home cooking and as a separate element of a healthy diet.

OJSC MOGELIT produces and sells edible gelatin in accordance with GOST 11293-89 from soft collagen-containing raw beef. The range includes a large number of different brands. At the request of the buyer, the company has the opportunity to produce gelatin in accordance with the specification of the customer: various viscosity and strength of the jelly, particle size and transparency. For industrial use, edible gelatin is packed in polypropylene laminated bags (yellow) of 25 kilograms.
The gelatin from OJSC MOGELIT is made exclusively from raw beef (type B) and has a Halal certificate (HALAL). The company also has permission to sell products for export to EU countries (export veterinary number in the TRACES system is BY000085).
