The company is a unique production company in the field of sturgeon breeding and production of natural sturgeon caviar, beast, Russian sturgeon and beluga. Fish is grown in recirculation systems, which completely eliminates the influence of external factors. We use the latest achievements and technologies in the field of sturgeon production, which makes the enterprise in this industry safe for the environment and allows us to obtain high-quality products that meet international standards.
The main activity of the company is the cultivation of sturgeon species, the production and processing of black caviar, as well as the industrial processing and sale of high-quality fish products.
The company's production facilities include general aquaculture facilities, a fish processing workshop and a production laboratory. The design capacity of the fish breeding zone at the enterprise is 50-80 tons of fish sold and 5 tons of caviar per year. The fish processing capacity is 500 tons of fish products per year in the assortment: chilled, frozen, salted, cold and hot smoked fish, fish products.
The company is registered in the international organization CITES, since 2011 is a member of NACEE - an international organization of a network of scientific and cultural centers of Eastern Europe.
In 2011, an innovative project was registered - a fully cyclic complex for the production and sale of sturgeon fish and their caviar.
Since 2011, the company's management system has been certified by a German organization engaged in certification in the field of international quality standards TUV THURINGEN for compliance with ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 22000: 2005.
Since the beginning of 2013, it has its own production laboratory equipped with the latest technology.
In 2014, during a certification audit, the Company confirmed that the management system meets the requirements of one of the most comprehensive approaches to the FSSC 22000 food safety management system.
