DESCRIPTION Industrial water spray cooling fans are designed for spraying of humidified and cooled air on workplaces in hot workshops of iron and steel, coke-chemical and machine-building plants and for other similar purposes (at the ambient temperatures of up to +40°C).    Industrial water spray cooling fans are installed near equipment generating maximum heat: dryers, rollers, calenders, vulcanizing and hydraulic presses, etc. The industrial fans are used at mining and processing plants, metallurgical plants and just for cooling hot workshops or production facilities in hot weather. It is often used as Man cooler in hot workshops if water feed is cut off or the model initially is without water feed.    Setup and Principles of Operation The industrial water spray cooling fan has a vertical design and consists of the following main units: axial fan, support, housing, compressed air supply cock, water supply cock, nozzle, and guard.   After turning on the industrial water spray cooling fan, the cocks regulate the compressed air supply, and the water is evenly supplied in the amount sufficient for humidification.   The industrial water spray cooling fan without the water supply is used as a blower fan at enterprises of other industries. Industrial Man cooler is used at workshops without conditioner.    Terms of Use ambient temperature from -40°C to +40°C, relative humidity up to 80% at 25°C in a temperate climate.

DESCRIPTION The heat exchanger can be of water or steam variety. The heat exchanger with bimetallic spiral-rolled aluminum fins of heat-transfer elements is designed for heating of the air in HVAC systems. The heat exchangers with finned tubes are designed for use in areas with the temperate climate.   The heating medium for water heat exchangers is water with the temperature of max. 150°C and the pressure generated by the pumps in the system is maximum 1.2 MPa.    The heating medium for steam heat exchangers is dry saturated or superheated steam with the temperature of max.150°C and the pressure generated by the pumps in the system is maximum 1.2 Mpa.   Installation and Principle of Operation of the Heat ExchangerThe heat exchanger consists of heat dissipating elements (finned tubes), tube sheets, covers and removable side shields.   For installation and fastening of heat exchangers during the mounting stage, 11x15 oval holes are provided on the sides of the tube sheets and removable shields.   The connecting dimensions of all heat exchangers with a single pitch of 125 mm make it possible to assemble heat exchangers by the height and length and to assemble the heat exchanger with the air capacity of up to 500,000 m3/h.   The heat-transfer element consist of finned tubes which are made of the 16x1.5 mm steel tube and aluminum rolling fins with the diameter of 39 mm. The step between the ribs is 3 mm.Side covers with partitions are welded onto the unit in accordance with the number of coolant strokes.In order to minimize rejects, before shipment, each heat exchanger made by the Metallist Plant passes the quality control.   In particular, the heat exchanger is subjected to hydraulic tests for strength and tightness, under pressure during 2 minutes, after which its outline dimensions, welding seams, appearance and completeness are checked.Heat Exchanging Element - Finned Tube Designed to dissipate heat from the coolant into the environment. The heat exchanging element is the bimetallic finned tube made of a steel tube with the diameter of 16 mm and aluminum rolling fins with the outer diameter of 39 mm, with the pitch between the ribs of 3.0 mm.

ESCRIPTION The air heating unit worms the air using the heat of hot or overheated water or steam coming from external sources of heat supply and is designed for air heating (including standby heating) of industrial premises, the technological process of which is not accompanied by any release of dust or explosive gases.  The unit should be operated in areas with a temperate climate. The heat transfer agent temperature should not be higher than 180°C and the pressure should be not higher than 1.2 MPa.  Principle of operation: When the fan is in operation, the air is taken from the room and heated up as it passes through the air heater. Air heater consists of finned tubes with working media hot water or steam. Then it is ducted through the fan working wheel blades into the heated area.   If heat transfer agent change on cool fluid then the unit works as cooling equipment.
