Amkodor-Elastomer CJSC was founded in 1991. The company produces molded and non-molded rubber products (RTI):
- floor coverings, carpets;
- rubber and metal reinforced vibration isolators;
- reinforced cuffs;
- rubber and metal reinforced dampers;
- depreciation pillows;
- cabin interior details;
- plates and gaskets of various sizes;
- rings, bushings;
- hinges of various configurations;
- monolithic and porous profiles for various purposes;
- RTI of any complexity according to the drawings of the customer.
The company has installed new integrated high-tech equipment, including an automated system for the manufacture of blanks and pre-vulcanization preparation, a vulcanization line. A vacuum vulcanization press, including a press for large-sized molds of 1,500x2,000 mm, a press for the manufacture of Oil Seal sealing parts and injection type presses, can process more than 500 tons of rubber compounds per month.
The company has 2 modern rubber mixing lines, allowing to provide the company with raw materials of its own production, as well as vary the formulation for the selection of rubber compounds according to the necessary parameters.
Thanks to the use of injection and vacuum technologies, the finished products have a uniform density throughout the volume, elimination of flashing on the mold connector lines, and the surface layer of rubber goods is compressed.
There is the possibility of producing seals of various sizes from EPDM rubbers for various industries, metal-reinforced profiles, flocking. Mastering new profiles according to customer drawings takes up to 30 calendar days.
Tests are carried out on modern laboratory equipment to ensure 100% compliance of the final products with the specified parameters:
- input control of incoming raw materials;
- determination of physical and mechanical properties (conditional strength, elongation, permanent compression deformation, linear coefficient of thermal expansion, etc.), including at high temperatures;
- the behavior of rubber compounds in various environments at room and elevated temperatures;
- determination of bond strength with reinforcing material;
- determination of the wear resistance of rubbers;
- determination of the dynamic characteristics of various types of rubbers;
- forecasting and non-destructive testing of the properties of vibration isolators under given loading conditions.
To achieve the goals and objectives in the field of quality, the company has introduced and is constantly improving its quality system based on international standards STB ISO 9001-2009 series; the testing and control system is being improved; There is a systematic study of the domestic and world market, interaction with leading scientific centers of the Republic of Belarus to study the development trends of science and industry.
