EQUIPMENT PAYMENT
The planetarium sets supplied by us are assembled from original components and undergo mandatory quality control. Our team of engineers, programmers and managers will relieve you of problems with the equipment, and allow you to fully concentrate on work.
We are absolutely confident in the quality of our products, therefore we are ready to offer our customers special payment conditions. Now you can make an advance payment for equipment in the amount of 70%, and pay the remaining 30% after receiving and checking the set of equipment.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT
- Equipment is manufactured individually, up to 20 business days from the date of receipt of prepayment based on the conclusion of a supply contract.
- Shipping and international customs fees are not included in the price of the equipment.
WARRANTY
- A limited warranty on the dome and related equipment (subject to operating requirements) is 1 year.
- Free software update - unlimited.
- The limited warranty for the SpaceTouch ONE projection system is 1 year.
- The warranty for the projector lamp is 6 months, but not more than 2000 hours.
- In case of repair, the warranty period of the equipment is extended by the time the product stays in the service center.
- Repairs are carried out exclusively by authorized suppliers. Delivery of equipment to the service center is carried out at the expense of the client.
- Related equipment (Speakers, Apple iPad) is subject to service at manufacturers' service centers.
- Online support and debugging of software is carried out by the supplier’s specialists remotely, if the equipment is connected to the Internet.
- It is possible to provide an extended warranty on the projection system and a set of equipment for up to 2 years.
