Production technology.
The flour production line consists entirely of Engsko A / S equipment (Denmark), the mill mill is the heart of the production.
- Thanks to the mill mill, all flour produced is whole grain, because the whole grain is involved in the grinding process without separating the bran and the germ;
- Flour fully complies with the European quality standard;
- Only high-quality grain is accepted for processing, regular express analysis of the quality of grain and flour is carried out in the laboratory itself.
