Sale of women's clothing in Russia
We sell the goods on the Wildberries, LaModa and Ozon Marketplaces, as well as through our own network of wholesale buyers throughout Russia. There are plans to enter international platforms: Amazon and EBay.
We work in the segment Economy, Medium, Medium +. The cost of goods is up to 3500 ₽.
Range: cocktail and evening dresses, tops, skirts, blouses, suits, etc.
Financial performance
The turnover in 2019 amounted to 27,000,000 rubles.
In 2020, even with the introduction of the self-isolation regime, sales were maintained at a high pace. From 1 to 26 June received:
orders for 7,500,000 rubles, 2,950 pieces;
sales for 3 400 000 ₽, 1269 pieces.
The overall sales conversion rate was 43%. This is high in the clothing segment.

Suppliers
As of 2020, we have 4 suppliers from China and 1 supplier from Kyrgyzstan. Additionally, we cooperate with 4 suppliers from Kyrgyzstan who provide goods for sale, i.e. with a deferred payment.
Attracting new partners
At the moment, a decision has been made to increase the number of suppliers who are ready to provide goods for sale to 10 manufacturers.
Supplier requirement:
Modern assortment;
Medium / high quality tailoring;
The minimum quantity for 1 SKU (1 model, 1 color) is 30 units;
Minimum batch of 300 units;
The cost of goods for sale is up to 1500 rubles.
General requirements for the product:
no threads stick out on the product;
high quality fittings (buttons, zippers, buttons);
buttons sewn with high quality;
the maximum percentage of rejects per batch is up to 7%.
