The average water yield is 1000-1200 kg. The fat content of milk is 3.9-4%. At birth, heifers weigh 25-28 kg, gobies 28-34 kg. With intensive cultivation, gobies reach a mass of 400 kg by 1 year. The meat is tender, juicy, high-calorie, "marble". The specific gravity of the pulp is 82-84%. The lethal yield is 58-70%.
