Однопозиционная кокильная установка УКЛ-450 осуществляет надежное открытие и закрытие с поджатием двух литейных полуформ с вертикальной плоскостью разъема. В УКЛ-450 предусмотрена возможность быстрого снятия и установки неподвижной литейной формы с неподвижной плиты машины.

Предназначены для осуществления процесса литья и кокиль. Состоит из: основания, на котором смонтированы все механизмы установки; двух стационарных плит, связанных между собой штангами-направляющими; двух подвижных плит, к которым крепятся кокили; двух пневмоцилиндров, закрепленных на стационарных плитах и приводящих в движение подвижные плиты. На пневмоцилиндрах установлены датчики для регулировки длины хода при смене кокилей; механизма подрыва стержня; пневмооборудования; электрооборудование с пультом управления. Работа установки: при нажатии на кнопку «вперед», подвижные плиты с установленными кокилями сдвигаются. Причем оба пневмоцилиндра управляются одним распределителем. При этом первым начинает движение та плита, у которой меньше сопротивление движению. По достижении полукокилем упора, начинает расти давление и двигаться вторая плита до соприкосновения половинок кокиля. Давление возрастает до рабочего. Можно производить заливку металла. После заливки металла и остывания отливки, нажимается кнопка «подрыв стержня». После этого нажиматься кнопка «назад» и плиты с половинками кокилей расходятся.

Предназначена для получения прутков припоя методом непрерывного вытягивания вверх литьевых заготовок из медного расплава и рубки их на мерные обрезки. Состоит из: тянущей клети двухвалкового типа , работающей в пошаговом режиме от одного привода с возможностью индивидуального поджима каждой заготовки в двух точках; кронштейнов крепления кристаллизаторов; тележек для перемещения металлоприемников вручную; устройства рубки прутков на мерные отрезки; общей рамы установки; системы управления машиной, включающей шкаф и пульт управления. Плавильные печи в комплект поставки не входят.
